Grilled lamb chops

Ingredients:

  • Lamb chops (1-2 per person)
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Directions

1)Preheat the grill to 400°F

2)Pat thawed lamb chops dry with a paper towel. Coat lightly with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

3)Grill lamb chops on one side until grill marks appear (~ 4 minutes). Turn the chops and insert meat thermometer into the thickest part of the largest chop until the thermometer reads 145°F. Remove, cover with foil, and let sit for 5 minutes before serving.


Consider serving with garlic mashed potatoes and green beans.
